    An Indian Army veteran, Col. Rajesh is a qualified senior  hypnotherapist, devoted to enabling fellow human beings to overcome past traumas, psychological barriers and fears to enable them to lead fulfilling, satisfying lives.

    His experiences in the Indian Army taught him that physical challenges are often accompanied by mental and emotional issues. To get the best out of rank and file, it was mandatory to keep them physically and mentally healthy. This turned out to be the beginning of a lifelong interest in psychology, theology, and behavioural philosophy.  Soon this interest transitioned into a career in Clinical Hypnotherapy.

    Since then, he has actively practiced psychological counselling using various kinds of therapies through personal consultations and group sessions. His clients include doctors, corporate professionals, business owners, homemakers, sports professionals, and students. He also frequently conducts workshops for larger groups and organizations to help them overcome the mental and emotional challenges that are detrimental to the growth and happiness of people.

    Meena Mahale is a known transpersonal therapists using visualisation, hypnotherapy, mindfulness meditation and other techniques to help people improve mental functioning and balance mental, physical and emotional energies.

    Meena believes humans are more than mind and body, composed of intangible factors that make up the whole person.
