I am Lt Col Rajesh Sharma (Retd), Founder of Chaitanya Raj, a psychotherapy, psychological counselling and hypnotherapy clinic devoted to enabling fellow human beings to overcome past traumas, psychological barriers and fears to enable them to lead fulfilling, satisfying lives.
My experience in the Indian Army taught me that mental and emotional issues often accompany physical challenges. To get the best out of rank and file, it was mandatory to keep them physically and mentally healthy. This turned out to be the beginning of a lifelong interest in psychology, theology, and behavioural philosophy. Soon this interest transitioned into a career in Clinical psychology & Hypnotherapy.
Since then, I have actively practiced psychological counselling using various kinds of psychotherapies through personal consultations and group sessions. My clients are numerous and include doctors, corporate professionals, business owners, homemakers, sports professionals, and students. I also conduct workshops for larger groups and organizations to help them overcome the mental and emotional challenges that are detrimental to the growth and happiness of people.

Childhood traumas, 1st-hand or learned experiences as a young adult often have a deep negative impact on our lives. Such incidents are quickly forgotten or suppressed while growing up. But, without our realizing it, such incidents leave a lasting mark on our minds and affect our behaviour as adults. As a result, we have difficulty sleeping or we experience frequent bouts of irritability and anger. These are symptoms of a deep-seated malaise that prevent us from having healthy professional and personal relationships.
